Got a 20inch new iMac computer. It's an awesome machine. One single cable for everything.
Yup, I've been Apple-lized. (one macbook-pro, one iMac and one macPro plus an old G5) :( By the way, if you haven't been doing this, please check my first online photo book mag28th.april28th.com For those who have camera or could draw art works or write poem, please send me your works. It will be more fun if more people involved. |

| During the trip in HongKong, a 50mm F1.4 standard lens and a 70-300mm DO lens became the new combination of
my travel lenses. Shooting city life without a decent wild angle lens is more difficult and of course, more interesting as well.
So, please check out the ablum. When I walked on streets in HongKong, I found this familiar coffee shop. It reminded me of SUB building in UBC.
Sweet memories. |

Came back from HongKong today, a 4-day trip. I did shopping, and an evening show's production. I lived with the whole crew members in a 5-star hotel near the habour and eating a lot of curry fish balls with local beer. Show was successfully on staged at the evening time on 22nd in HongKong Culture center. It's outstanding.
Mr. Zhang XiYu took this photo for me right before the show when I was eating my take-out dinner in the hall way.
Photos will be updated soon and I can't deny that this trip defined a new HongKong for me. I like it there. What's more, I realized that sometime, you do need someone to be around, not to avoid loneliness but to share happiness and experiences. I need YOU! |

| How can one ever ignore the power of art? No matter in which form, music, images etc, it's just way to powerful. I've been listening a lot of new cd records lately, piano for most of them. It's so touching. Life here in Beijing is getting better and better, but I still couldn't find my way. No matter how hard I tried, something is just missing there........ It's hard to pick up the exciment, even I got a new workstation, even a new camera is coming. Damn, I am missing my life with Ubyssey people. It's so simple and happy. I mean, real happy.
Can't deny it. That period of time could be the brightest, simplest and happiest time ever ever in my life. |

| I bought a MacPro workstation, dual 2.66GHZ 64-bit CPU(s) with 4G Ram + 1.75T Harddrive. I use one 250G HD for system files, one 500G HD as main data pool. This left two 500G HD to do RAID 1 for the backup data. I put Aperture, Final Cut Studio, Photo CS3 etc in it. Gonna be FUN!
I didn't upload any of my own photos lately since the broken card reader. Gonna buy a new one. By the way, the BBC's new documentry movie "Planet Earth" is awesome! |

| I checked out some information about Broncolor, a world leading brand for
studio light. By chance, I came across its annual calender. One image poped up on the computer screen. I just looooooooooooooooove it.
Lately I've been watching a great Chinese TV drama called "Romantic life". It's a love story taken place in the period of culture revolution.
Maybe I am fall in love with Zhou XiaoBai, the young lady in the drama. ^.^!! |

| I've been working in my office for whole week already to finalize my 2nd book. Next week I will send the script back to CCTV waiting for their judge. Believe me, changing photos under other people's mind sucks! It really does!!!! And I just found out that there is a message box for each account in facebook which means there are a lot of messages in the past that I didn't even noticed. Sorry BZ and Megan, I just read you guys' messages. Stupid me! |
