Few days ago, I passed a small street and took the following photo. Nothing special there but I love the lighting. The best exposure I've made!! Photography is seeing. I use it to express my own view ... I love CD player. iPod is good but it won't give you the sound quality. Anyway, it's random....

The following images were taken during a dance practice. I was moved by the strong passion these dancers had. Day by day, they practice and practice in pursuit of perfection. I do believe there are beauties in their dreams!!!!

Sometime, there are people whom you just can not work with. No trust in between and not realiable at all. So, I quit the job for Sina Music. Other times, there are people you love but you just couldn't stay together.It's why we need daydream. For the rest, there are never ending music and lyrics. Love is always the theme for life. Trust does exist between people. What's more, the positive attitude lasts forever. And my camera will, from now on, only point to the subject I am passionate about. No more quantity selling project. No more! Hide your pain. Seek for the beauty!

I am fallig in love with Shunji Iwai's movie. He is painting a movie with color brush, lines and music. They are deceptively tender and subtle. Delectable! Afternoon, I went out to have a photo assignment done with Sina Music. They are holding up tones of Live concerts in Beijing. Today is the opening. Richie Jen is the guest. Well, I am not a fan of him at all and his music sucks but it's good to have the opportunity to take live concert photos. Practice is important. I love this photo! Although I've been shooting different concerts in Vancouver, the Chinese style is always different. What's more, I had a chance to witness the craziness of Richie's fans. May 16th, I will shoot another live concert for Sina Music. Let's wait and see!

I am happy to see some changes in my life. Gradually, I start finding my own pace. What's more important, I believe self-discipline is the matter of success at the end. Anyway, I spent two days to install the Ibuzz internet phone. It was a mess. Finally, FINALLY, I hocked them all up. So now, I could call 23 countries in the whole world unlimited by paying less than 150 RMB monthly. Learned from Carolyn in Vancouver, I made milk tea by myself. It tasted great! SO NICE! Time to organize my place. I am making new arrangement. To live with pride. To love with certain.

Every night I go CCTV 1000 sqm broadcasting room to photography the "the 6th short stage drama competition". I had alot of fun. But the question is how to take a better stage photos and make them more interesting. I mean, photos I took were decent but.... it's boring! The 7 days competition is great for me. An lucky opportunity to practice. I need to think!!! I need study more samples from other photographers. Improvement.... I am dying for it!

I am in Beijing! Sky in gray, street covered by cars, packed by people who dressed indifferently. Parents went back Vancouver today and I started my new short project again at CCTV, the short stage drama competition. There are 7 matches, spreading out in 7 evenings. Each one takes 2.5 hours live per day. I am working with different team of people. How interesting! Random thought that the music from Elliott Smith is soooooooooo good.
